Terms & Conditions

We recommend that you take two minutes to read our terms and conditions so that you understand our process before placing your order.

We take great pride in ensuring that your orders are shipped out in a timely manner and that all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. There may be delays during high volume sale periods, promotions and seasonal upswings of an extra processing day. Please note that orders placed on weekends are not processed on weekends as our warehouse is closed.

When selecting your shipping method, please note that opting to have your item shipped via express post does not effect our processing times. All of our orders are processed on a first in first served basis. There is no queue jumping as that would be unfair on the customers who placed their orders before you. Express Post comes into effect once the order has been collected by Australia Post. More information on shipping times and availability can be found here 

Orders can be shipped to anywhere in Australia and most countries in the Asia Pacific region. Australian delivery time depends on carrier operation however, we have found on average that it takes between 2-5 business days, whilst international delivery time can take up to 14 days depending on your location.

Please ensure that you have the entered the correct address when ordering. If you decide to make an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please email usimmediately. We’ll make every effort to combine orders and correct shipping charges.

Important Note- Adam’s Polishes Australia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  Adam’s Polishes Australia is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout. Adam’s Polishes Australia is not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Once orders are collected from our pick up address the buyer and carrier are responsible for the order in transit. By proceeding with your order with us you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Flat Rate & Free Shipping Options (Australian addresses only)

When a flat rate or free shipping option is selected at checkout, yiour order will be sent via Australia Post regular post. While this shipping method has tracking available for all parcels, signature on delivery, express post and insurance is omitted. If you would like express post please select this shipping option at checkout. If you would like to have your order insured contact us immediately to arrange the proper coverage. You can email us at with your name and order number.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

Rates for shipping to New Zealand are calculated based on weight and size of the total order. If multiple boxes are needed to pack your order, the shipping charges will be recalculated and sent to you to review and payment. A member of our team will be in contact with you the whole way if this is required and will work with you to obtain the best possible rate.

Afterpay (requires an account with Afterpay)

Afterpay is a new payment option allows you to pay your order over four instalments, interest free.
How to use Afterpay
  1. Select Afterpay as your payment method
  2. Follow prompts to create an Afterpay account
  3. Pay over 4 equal instalments
If you are using Afterpay for the first time, you can simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Once the order is approved by Afterpay, you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your Afterpay log in details and CVC upon checkout.
Once your have completed your first full payment cycle with Afterpay, the initial payment for any future purchases you pay for using Afterpay will be debited 14 days after the transaction.
Requirements to get started with Afterpay
  • An Australian credit or debit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • An Australian residential address

To checkout using Afterpay, all items in your cart need to be eligible for Afterpay and the cart value is $100 or more and up to $1000. Excludes gift cards.

Shine Club Membership and Points

Once you join the Shine Club or convert your account you will begin to accumulate points via the activities under "Ways to Earn" and placing orders. Once your points have been added to your account automatically you can see your balance by logging into the Shine Club portal (located on lower left of the home page). Accumulated points expiry after 180 days from the time the point were earned.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: PO BOX 6005 Narraweena New South Wales AU 2099.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
